Over the last couple of years, Gated communities around the country have slowly started implementing an accreditation process in order for agents to sell within their estate and it has seen a great level of success with both buyers and sellers. Agents are given the necessary procedures and documentation to help new residents move in effortlessly without the worry of security issues or disrupting neighbors. Plantations Estate is in the process of rolling out a registration program for its agents as of 1st April 2021. Headed up by the estate manager Allison Kitching and her team, registered agents are given all the necessary documentation and information for their clients to ensure they receive accurate and correct information pertaining to the estate. Plantations are known for their excellent security and not having your access approved due to incorrect documentation could be a problem on the day you plan to move in.
