Emberton Estate - Progress Update on Phase 2

On 10th May 2019, Emberton Estate received their building plan approval from the local council and the NHBRC registration for the first section of apartments in their phase 2. Due to the delay of approval, the occupation date of these units has been postponed slightly. The approval from the last 3 blocks in this phase is still pending with the council. Phase 2 is located near the entrance of the estate overlooking Augusta Country Estate boundary wall. The foundation and infrastructure have been installed with building to commence shortly.
