Good day to all in the Gated Estates Community,

I am writing this with rain pouring outside my window. Great news for the farmers, but not exactly favourable conditions for the construction teams at various New Developments. Despite this, we forge on and make the most of the dry days; our future homes rapidly taking shape.

Not only are the builders braving the weather, but it seems that prospective buyers are too. Recent trends seem to suggest that whilst economic instability makes for a wary investor, South Africans also tend to gravitate towards the comforts of secure communities.  Our website has enjoyed a considerable increase in visitors recently, as demand for Sectional Title living continues to grow.

What we have found most interesting that the number of foreign buyers who are enquiring about Developments across the width and breadth of the country. These are mostly South African expats who are looking for a fantastic investment opportunity when they eventually return home. Those with no immediate plans to return are still encouraged by the excellent ‘buy to rent’ options that will no doubt present itself in years to come.

If you have family or friends in a foreign land, why not invite them to visit to find out more information about our diverse residential offerings. Whether they are freezing in Wimbledon or enduring a scorcher in Perth, you can rest assured that they long for a Saturday afternoon braai, sizeable homes and the phenomenal schooling options we enjoy. Bring them home and open their eyes to our steady and continued progress.
