Moyana at Zululami Update
After the successful sale and build of the first phase of the Moyana units within Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate, the developers are ready to launch phase 2. This will finally bring the Moyana village to completion with a total of 19 modern units. Those who have been to see the current phase know that Moyana is located on a hill, giving its residents spectacular east-facing views of the oceans and over the estate, and is located within walking distance to the soon-to-be-completed floating clubhouse.
With some of the new units getting some minor adjustments, the general layout and footprint remain the same but the is excitement over the new addition to the village, the Type D units. These 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom units have a similar layout to the Type C units but are larger due to the additional bedroom, also giving you a little more living area. We will also see more of the Type A units being built, that stand tall at the back row and give its residents unobstructed views over Zululami.
